Yesterday on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at around 10:30a.m. I met an older young black man than I sitting on the wooden bench I was sitting on at the moment I recorded this note of this experience at 6:04p.m. later that day...
Turns out this man looked "tatted up" a little with tattooes on his face (one was a tear drop I saw) and some tatts on his arms from what I could discern.
He looked like he was just taking his time "coming to his senses" at something and relaxing.
After a brief while of hesitation and contemplation of asking the Lord in the Spirit in prayer if I could walk up to the man, the Spirit tole me "yes" and I walked on over and handed the man an enclosed plastic covering of a small black KJV pocket bible for him to have (with a list of Christian, King James Bible-believing Christians Websites wrote on the backside front and back Bible book covers of the Bible).
He looked at me as though I "understood" what he was going through before I left on my way into the library.
